Hobart ENT together with Hobart Endocrine is offering an exciting position for an experienced medical receptionist/secretary who would enjoy being a valued member of our busy, ever growing practice, situated in well-established rooms in South Hobart.
We are a privately owned practice, with a small team committed to delivering excellent quality healthcare to our patients. Supported by our practice directors, this diverse and stimulating role is offered on a full-time basis (we will consider part-time for the right applicant should it be preferred).
You will be working in a friendly, supportive, collaborative environment which will offer you plenty of opportunity to further develop your competencies in a busy medical specialist environment.
Desired Criteria:
-Uncompromising attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
-Strong written and oral communication skills.
-Proficient computer skills, with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
-Ability to work autonomously whilst maintaining strong communication with a cohesive team.
-Knowledge of Genie software would be highly regarded.
-Great presentation.
-Recent relevant experience in a medical specialist environment would be highly regarded.
