The Chief Executive Officer is the senior executive responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction and operational oversight to grow, strengthen and future‑prove Leedwell’s business performance, culture and market position. Reporting to the Board of Directors / Principal Partners and working closely with Business Unit Leaders and Partners, the CEO leads all aspects of organisational strategy, client engagement, business development, financial performance and long‑term growth initiatives. The role is accountable for identifying new market opportunities, driving service expansion, ensuring strong profitability and governance, and positioning Leedwell for sustainable success. The CEO also plays a key role in representing the business in industry forums and strategic networks, while leading the development of Leedwell’s data, AI and technology strategy to anticipate disruption and support continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will bring proven senior executive leadership experience, ideally gained within property, real estate services, professional services or a related sector, together with demonstrated strategic, commercial and financial acumen and a strong track record in growing businesses. You will be an exceptional relationship‑builder and communicator, with the credibility to engage effectively with clients, partners, boards and industry stakeholders, and ideally bring experience working successfully within a shared ownership partner‑model business. With strong people leadership capability, you will have the ability to mentor and develop high‑performing teams, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and align people, performance and values. Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, property, finance or a related discipline will be complemented by established industry networks, sound judgement, resilience, integrity and an entrepreneurial, results‑oriented approach.
