We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on communications and marketing professional to lead Freely’s brand, product, sustainability, and partnership messaging across all channels. You will drive content, campaigns, SEO, CRO, and lead-generation efforts, ensuring compliance and bringing our purpose-driven story to life. Job Description
What’s the role?
* Lead brand, product, sustainability, and partnership communications across all channels.
* Manage the communications calendar and plan campaigns.
* Create on-brand, compliant copy and oversee approvals.
* Develop SEO and CRO content and drive email list growth.
* Plan and execute commercial and partner campaigns.
* Write ad copy and support strategies for Meta and Google advertising.
* Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
* Handle project briefs and respond to social media queries.
* Share internal updates and contribute to stakeholder reports.
* Utilize data to inform content and campaign strategies.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
* Promote brand values and align communications with our Purpose and sustainability goals.
What are we looking for?
* Strategic marketing and campaign planning experience.
* Proven ability to lead brand, product, and partnership communications across multiple channels.
* Excellent copywriting skills for web, email, social, and ads, with SEO and CRO expertise.
* Experience in crafting ad copy and supporting paid media strategies on Meta and Google.
* Knowledge of financial regulations and stakeholder management.
* Ability to create customer-centric communications across various touchpoints.
* Strong organizational skills, familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence, and deadline management.
* Data-driven approach to optimize content and campaigns.
* Collaborative mindset and contribution to a positive team culture.
* Support for budget tracking, administrative tasks, and internal reporting.
