Monsoons Darwin is seeking an experienced and dynamic Entertainment-Focused Venue Manager to lead our team.
We're seeking a Venue Manager who is passionate about our customer experience.
A VM who can execute activations, build strongrelationships with DJs & promoters, loves a bit of footy, and is keen to develop their team.
As Venue Manager, you'll orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our fast paced venue.
We're in search of an individual with a proven track record in managing multi-paced venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams.
We are offering:
Generous Salary $100,000 - $110,000 + Super
Quarterly KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A

Mobility opportunities: 200+ venues and growing.
Minimum of 2 years of direct late-night entertainment experience
Minimum two years experience in a Venue Manager role
Proven track record in event and entertainment programming
Ability to coordinate schedules and manage performers effectively
Budget development and oversight experience
Knowledge of hospitality-related legislation and compliance
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop management teams.
Experience in organizational effectiveness and implementing operations best practices.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A demonstrated commitment to high professional, ethical standards and a diverse workplace
