Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and carve suitable, sustainable employment opportunities for job seekers with disability by engaging directly with employers across the local community.
* Actively reverse-market specific job seekers to employers, promoting their individual strengths and capabilities.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with local organisations using an Account Management approach.
* Develop and implement structured employer engagement plans to build a solid leads pipeline that meets placement targets.
* Engage in and represent Jigsaw at various networking opportunities to build new partnerships.
