We are now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our established team at our South Penrith centre.
About the Role as an ECT with Little Zak's, you will:
* Deliver engaging learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
* Create fun, stimulating, and inclusive indoor and outdoor environments.
* Document and analyse children's progress through observations and assessments.
* Support and guide fellow educators to ensure consistency in practice.
* Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
* Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
* An ACECQA approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
* A valid Working With Children Check.
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, with practical experience in implementation.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong computer and documentation skills.
* Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
