The Role: Customer Experience Officer
As a Customer Experience Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service throughout their journey with us. From settlement through to collections, you'll be an important point of contact, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
What Your Day Looks Like
* Customer Engagement: Connect with customers at various stages of their journey, providing support, answering queries, and ensuring they feel valued.
* Problem-Solving: Tackle customer issues with a calm, solutions-focused approach, turning potential challenges into positive experiences.
* Account Oversight: Manage the customer journey from settlement through to collections, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a unified approach to customer service.
* Record-Keeping: Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions to ensure continuity and clarity in service.
* Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry practices and participate in ongoing training to refine your skills.
What You Bring to the Table
* A qualification in Administration or Business is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
* High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and navigating different systems.
* A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
