As an Inside Sales Product Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team that address customers' varying needs.
You will work on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions. Your goal is to provide expert guidance and direction to the core Sales team by utilizing strategic probing to identify, evaluate and recommend highly complex alternative technology solutions.
To achieve this, you need to have an intermediate understanding of the full range of products and services. You should also have previous experience in relationship selling and be able to identify how Dell's products and services align to customer needs.
An important aspect of this role is providing coaching to peers in order to improve performance. This requires strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
