About the role
CSR is looking for a vibrant and detail‐oriented Colour Consultant / Customer Service Specialist to be the welcoming face of our Schofields Selection Centre. This Tuesday – Saturday position runs 8:30am – 4:30pm. In this customer‐focused role you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through selecting colours and finishes, offering expert advice, coordinating appointments, and ensuring the centre runs smoothly.

* Welcome and assist customers
* Guide selections and deliver consultations
* Schedule and manage appointments
* Follow up and update CRM records
* Maintain displays and merchandising
* Manage enquiries and transactions
What You'll Bring
* Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine connections with customers
* Highly organised, able to manage appointments and priorities with ease
* Experience in colour consulting, merchandising, or customer service (design, retail, or building environment preferred)
* Proficient using CRM systems and online booking tools (training will be provided if not familiar)
* A natural eye for colour, design, and detail
* A proactive team player able to work independently
