We are currently looking for a highly experienced and disciplined Turbine Engine Technician to join our team in
Wagga Wagga

Your role
In This Role, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Diagnose faults, inspect, test, and reassemble turbine engine components to approved standards.
* Maintain compliance with CASA and company quality systems and procedures.
* Lead day-to-day operations within the turbine engine workshop (for management-level candidates).
* Provide mentoring and supervision to junior engineers and technicians.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure timely service delivery.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
* Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities on turbine engines (Saab 340 platform).
The Essential Requirements
* Trade-qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Turbine discipline).
* Demonstrated experience in turbine engine repair and overhaul.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
Include any essential information about shift times, salary contingencies, etc.
Additional Qualifications
* Previous experience working on Saab 340 engines (GE CT7 series).
* Leadership or management experience within an MRO or engine workshop environment.
* Ability to supervise staff, manage workload, and maintain production efficiency.
