About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Peel & Rockingham- Kwinana (PaRK) Business Advisory team. This is a great opportunity for a technically strong professional who is ready to take ownership of client work, contribute to advisory outcomes, and support the development of others, including exposure to our growing outsourced CFO advisory offering.
In this role, you will:
* Deliver high‐quality financial statements, tax returns, and workpapers across a diverse client base
* Support the delivery of outsourced CFO services, including budgeting, cashflow forecasting, and management reporting for clients
* Apply your technical expertise to provide practical, commercial and forward‐looking insights to clients
* Identify risks and opportunities and contribute to value‐added advisory outcomes
* Manage your workflow effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations
* Build strong client relationships through responsive, reliable service
* Support and coach junior team members, contributing to a positive team culture
* Contribute to improving processes and leveraging digital tools to enhance efficiency
About You
You are a motivated professional who combines strong technical capability with a proactive, growth‐focused mindset and an interest in developing toward a more advisory‐focused role, including exposure to outsourced CFO services.
You take ownership of your work, communicate confidently with clients, and are keen to develop your leadership capability.
You value building strong relationships and are community‐minded, with a passion for supporting local businesses and becoming a trusted advisor to clients within the regional community.
You Will Bring
* CA qualification (or near completion)
* 4–6 years' experience in professional services
* Strong experience in financial reporting and tax compliance
* Developing advisory capability and commercial awareness
* Excellent organisational, communication and problem‐solving skills
* A collaborative approach and interest in mentoring others
