Accountant - Business Advisory

As an Accountant in our Business Advisory division, you'll work closely with a diverse client base, providing tailored advice and practical solutions. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment where your professional growth is a priority, and your contributions are valued.
What you'll do:
* Prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
* Prepare income tax returns for individuals, companies, and trusts
* Assist with tax planning and apply tax compliance procedures
* Identify and raise accounting and taxation issues with senior team members
* Prepare clear, accurate and concise work papers to document your work
* Assist in preparing and checking management accounts and financial reports
* Ensure compliance with lodgement deadlines and regulatory requirements
What you'll bring:
* 1-2 years' experience in a similar accounting or business advisory role
* A degree in Business or Commerce, majoring in accounting (desirable but not essential)
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
