Job Details
* Title: Chef, Band 3
* Hours: 29.5 hours per week
* Salary Scale: £28,011 - £30,230 (Pro Rata)
* Location: Perth Royal Infirmary Hospital, Perth
Responsibilities
* Assist in the production and serving of meals for Ninewells staff dining, visitors, and patients while maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
* Prepare and cook food in accordance with current allergen legislation, work procedures, practices, and equipment requirements.
* Work shifts between 06:00 and 15:00, Monday to Friday.
* Provide flexibility to cover annual leave or sickness as required.
Qualifications
* Previous, relevant cooking experience is essential.
* Good knowledge of current allergen legislation, work procedures, practices & equipment through experience and professional qualifications to SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
