As a Communication and Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of complex communication systems.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skills and expertise in communication and control systems. You will work closely with clients to maintain network switches, PLCs, CCTV cameras, access control systems, passenger information equipment, radio systems, workstations, and servers.
* Maintain and update Operational Technology (OT) systems
* Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults
* Configure OT networks
* Audit client systems
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to write technical reports and actively listen
* Previous experience with OT systems, CCTV systems, audio systems, and network configuration
* Experience with data and/or fibre cabling
* Customer-focused attitude and ability to work collaboratively
