Knox Private Hospital is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Educator for our Emergency Department. This is a permanent part-time position (0.4 FTE).
As a Clinical Nurse Educator, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing hands-on educational support and clinical teaching/facilitation to graduate nurses and students.
* Promoting high standards of evidence-based nursing care through dissemination of current best practices.
* Ensuring staff compliance with mandatory training and completion of eLearning components.
* Participating in policy, procedure, ward, and bi-monthly education meetings.

Essential Criteria:
* Current AHPRA Registration
* Postgraduate Certificate in Emergency Department
* Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training (or working towards)
* Experience as an educator in a similar role
* Experience with eLearning platforms
* High computer literacy, including MS Office
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
