Key Civil Engineer Position
We are seeking an experienced and driven Civil Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary consultancy.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned engineer to take on key responsibilities, including driving accountability and commercial focus throughout all projects, ensuring delivery meets client expectations, and managing field-based activities and contracts.
Responsibilities:
* Lead project delivery and drive commercial success
* Manage field activities and ensure contract compliance
Requirements:
* 5-7 years of experience in consulting engineering
* Professional and driven individual with a willingness to contribute to company growth
* Able to lead and mentor small teams in project delivery
* Strong understanding of water policy in the Murray Darling Basin, particularly in the Southern Connected Basin
* Familiarity with local (urban & regional) water authority requirements
* Commercial focus in pricing and tender submissions
