About the Opportunity

We are looking to expand our Aged Care Services team and welcome expressions of interest from motivated and compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians.

Roles of interest include: Community Support Workers, Domestic Assistants, Service Support Officers, Rostering Coordinators, Care Partners, Community Transport Drivers and Coordinators.

Roles may be full‐time, part‐time or casual, depending on program needs and your availability. You can express your interest to work in any Intereach office location.

What We're Looking For

• A passion for supporting older people to achieve their goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in aged care, community services, disability or related fields (or a willingness to learn)
• An understanding of person‐centred practice, wellness and reablement, and consumer‐directed care
• The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Relevant qualifications or a commitment to undertake training
• A current driver licence and willingness to undertake required checks
