About National School of Nursing, Midwifery & Paramedicine
The National School of Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedicine formed in **** from the amalgamation of ACU's state-based Schools.
It has the largest intake of nursing, midwifery and paramedicine students in Australia.
The School is located on six campuses: Brisbane, Blacktown, North Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Ballarat.

Role responsibilities
Deliver high quality teaching and strong student engagement in accordance with the requirements of the curriculum and unit learning outcomes, as outlined in the Extended Unit Outline (EUO), class lesson plans and using e-learning technologies.
Prepare for multi-modal classroom activities by accessing resources provided by the Lecturer-in-Charge (LIC) to the teaching team prior to class.
Contribute to supporting students and creating inclusive and constructive learning environments, including responding to students within the required timeframe on the e-learning platform.
Maintain accurate class attendance requirements as outlined in the EUO and notify the LIC promptly of students who will not meet the attendance criteria.
Regularly monitor and promptly respond to all communication from the LIC, unit team members and students.
Maintain close contact with the LIC for support and guidance on any student or course delivery concerns or queries.
Provide students with timely, clear and constructive feedback in the classroom and on graded assessment task marking guides.
You will need to have
Bachelor's degree qualification in relevant discipline and a university qualification higher than the one to be taught.
Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA (as a Registered Nurse - Paramedic).
Demonstrated experience in managing a range of educational and administrative technologies and processes.
Ability to deliver high quality tertiary teaching experience in undergraduate courses.
