About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Study Manager to join our Brisbane office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of sustainable energy and resource development across the region.

You will be at the heart of early-stage project development - guiding feasibility, design, and stakeholder engagement to ensure every study lays the foundation for safe, efficient, and successful project execution.
Responsibilities
* Planning and coordinating the study function for clients across various projects.
* Engaging regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and strategic support.
* Overseeing the compilation of Study Reports.
* Developing and managing feasibility and construction schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
* Identifying and managing risks; escalating concerns to leadership as needed.
* Driving continuous improvement across study standards, processes, and outcomes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* At least 10 years of experience in delivering multidisciplinary projects from feasibility through to delivery.
* A tertiary qualification in Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong consultancy background with client-facing experience, with established networks across Queensland.
* Ability to analyse multiple, concurrent option analyses within studies.
* Proven ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
