We are an established garden maintenance company seeking a skilled Team Leader – Gardening and an experienced Casual Gardener to join our growing team.

Team Leader – Gardening
Full-Time Opportunity with 6 months probation
Pay negotiable based on experience
The Role
You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to assist with their workload requirements, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You may also complete cleanups and extras as needed.
Core Duties
* Precision hedging and pruning
* Detailed weeding and garden maintenance
* Lawn mowing and edging
* Garden clean-ups
* Maintaining high safety and presentation standards
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ professional garden maintenance experience
* Strong plant knowledge and pruning expertise
* Confident using commercial gardening equipment
* Ability to work independently and maintain productivity
* Current Driver’s Licence
* White Card
* Current Police Check
* Working With Children Check
* COVID-19 vaccination (essential)
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Flu shot or willing to obtain ( provided by Shellcove)

The Role
You will assist Team Leaders with daily maintenance tasks across multiple sites, contributing to efficient and high-quality garden outcomes.
Core Duties
* Hedging, mowing, pruning and edging
* Weeding and garden detailing
* Garden clean-ups and green waste removal
* Working safely and following direction on-site
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 1–2 years’ gardening experience
* Great attitude and willingness to learn
* Reliable and physically fit
* White Card
* Current Police Check
* Working With Children Check
* COVID-19 vaccination (essential)
* Flu vaccination required (provided by employer)
* Driver’s Licence essential
