Key Responsibilities
* Installing, maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing wireless indoor solutions, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure project requirements are fulfilled.
* Providing technical advice and information, and monitoring the performance of complex telecommunications networks and equipment.
* Updating tracking reports for internal use, always ensuring accuracy and updating required milestones.
* Escalating issues that may impact project delivery and forecast, to the Lead Engineer.
* Provisioning and commissioning of network equipment and performing testing.
* Performance management and upgradation of service affecting mobile coverage.
* Following OH&S procedures as per the industry guideline and regulations.
Skills and Experience
* Qualifications (AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma or higher qualifications) in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology (or similar).
* 2 years hands‑on experience required working in the Telecommunication operations field.
* Experience utilising Root Cause Analysis techniques to troubleshoot and problem‑solve network issues.
* Experience responsible for field operations and supporting outages on site.
* Experience resolving operation issues.
* Demonstrated experience working in a consulting or technical environment with exposure to RF planning/design and optimisation projects.
* Technical knowledge of Wireless and RF propagation is desirable.
* Working knowledge in a multivendor environment like Huawei/Nokia/Ericsson etc is required.
* Experience in RF tools such as Nemo, Tems, Actix, Mapinfo.
* Proficient interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Well‑developed verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and high level of attention to detail.

We are currently seeking a Telecommunication Field Engineer to join our growing team. The Telecommunications Field Engineer will support integration, testing and documentation for Indoor/Macro networks. Positions are available in NSW.
You will be responsible for ensuring that any technical issues are identified, articulated, and resolved promptly to ensure the design meets RF and project objectives.
