At GSL Education we are supporting a Primary schools in Andover and Salisbury who are seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis with the idea of going permanent
The school provides Education to children across KS1-2.
Responsibilities
Guide SEN students as a Teaching Assistant offering personalised guidance and support.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop comprehensive support plans.
Foster a nurturing environment that promotes improved social interactions and communication skills.
Assist with daily tasks, academic activities, and implement effective interventions to address behaviour challenges and promote positive outcomes.
Requirements
GCSE's in Maths and English
Be available ASAP on a full time basis
Effective communication abilities
Demonstrated Patience and Empathy along with flexibility and adaptability
