About the Role:

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing physical, personal and social support to clients as needed. This may include assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and helping clients to engage in activities that promote their well-being.
Your Responsibilities:

* Assist in the development and running of activities for clients
">
* Provide physical, personal and social support to clients as needed
">
* Assist in the day to day running of all aspects of the Centre including meals, excursions and the transport of clients
">
* Assist clients in and out of their homes and on/off vehicle into the centre or other destinations as necessary
">
* Where required, drive the Facility Bus and the Facility Commuter Vehicle
">
* Report and document all client changes, concerns and incidents in a timely manner to Coordinator
">

Requirements:
">
You will need to have a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Home & Community Care, and current First Aid and CPR Certificates. You will also need to provide proof of immunity against Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough).
