Responsibilities
- Provide a positive, interactive, and caring environment for students.
- Cover blocks, pre-booked or daily shifts in Roxburgh Park and surrounding suburbs.
- Accept shifts where and when suitable.
- Utilise the mobile app or your dedicated consultant to confirm shifts.
- Work with screened Department of Education schools that align with Randstad values and support casual staff.
- Participate in financial flexibility options to access earnings as they are earned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Education, Masters in Education, or Graduate Diploma of Education from a recognised Australian university or tertiary institution, in Primary or Secondary Teaching.
- Current VIT registration (or willing and able to obtain).
- Reliable transport access.
- Ability to work across a range of classes and subject areas.
- Ability to implement lessons and programs provided by the class teacher.
- Ability to create an engaging and fun atmosphere for students.
