Overview
Hourly Rate + Super + NFP salary packaging. In this role, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care to older individuals, supporting them to live with dignity and independence in the comfort of their own homes. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with mobility, personal hygiene, meals, shopping and other daily activities, all in alignment with personalised care plans. You'll also support clients with domestic tasks such as gardening and maintaining a pleasant living environment. Beyond physical support, you'll foster belonging by encouraging participation in community-based social and recreational activities. Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate, person-centred care to older people in their homes

What it takes to do this work
* Empathy and commitment to the care of older people
* Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
* Administer and Monitor Medications Certificate HLTHP007 (highly desirable)
* Good interpersonal and written communication skills
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Availability to attend a 3-day onboarding program
* Current First Aid certificate or enrolled to obtain
* Current Driver's Licence, a reliable car with comprehensive insurance
