Main Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site support and implement relationship-based strategies for clients, carers, and care staff.
* Model and coach best-practice approaches to help carers and aged care staff understand and support people living with dementia.
* Implement recommendation plans under the guidance of team leaders, consultants, and experts.
* Facilitate and support the trial and implementation of services and resources for clients and carers.
* Collaborate with peers to build capability across aged care teams and promote quality, person-centred care.
