What You'll Need
* Relevant teaching qualification
* Full or provisional QCT registration
* Australian working rights or valid visa

Essential
* Strong classroom practices and a deep understanding of the Australian Curriculum
* The ability to differentiate and adjust teaching for diverse learners, including students with disability, trauma backgrounds, and complex needs
* Skills in data-informed planning and assessment
* Experience or commitment to trauma-aware and inclusive practices, including regulation and co-regulation
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external providers
Nice to Have
* Prior experience in a complex school setting
* Experience working with First Nations students and communities
* Familiarity with Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) frameworks
