The Position
* Washing and cleaning dishes
* Food Preparation
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and service area
* Adhere to our high standards of food safety
* Monitor stock and minimise wastage
The Person
* Experience with customer service and basic food handling experience is desired
* Some experience with Functions is advantageous
* Should be able to work unsupervised, Available on weekend's especially Sunday would be an advantage
* Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
* Have strong organisational skills
* Excels in high-pressure environments
* Thrives in collaborative, small-team settings
* Possesses hands on experience with POS systems
* Friendly, customer-oriented attitude
* Being flexible to handle diverse tasks, from Retail, Functions ,food prep to cleaning & packing Boarding Excursions based on the needs at that time.
