The Role
As part of our professional HR team, this role will assist and support HR Operations, Recruitment and Learning and Development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, changes and exit processes.
* Generate employment contracts and related letters.
* Deliver induction training to new starters and maintain the induction pack.
* Provide accurate HR reports and insights to the HR team and Senior Management.
* Assist with annual salary review coordination.
* Maintain Human Resources Information Systems, employee files, forms, policy, procedures, employee handbook and intranet pages.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Qualifications in Human Resources or similar field.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
* Highly customer-focused with excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
* Strong telephone, verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary HR practices.
* Excellent organisational skills.
