Employment Type: Full Time 38 hours per week - fixed term maternity leave position
Pay: $45.45 - $68.53 per hour + Superannuation + Benefits
Responsibilities
* Ignite a love of learning in children and guide their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices.
* Build strong, meaningful relationships with families to ensure each child feels a sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.
* Mentor and inspire educational practices in the classroom, collaborating with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs.
* Contribute to achieving outstanding outcomes for children through effective pedagogy and practice.

What you'll need
* Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
* Current Western Australia Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
* Western Australia – active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRB WA). Applicants studying a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) may be supported to apply for Limited Registration if certain conditions are met.
