Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned professional, at Invetech you'll find a place where you can thrive.What You Will Do & What You Will BringAs a Program Manager, you will:Manage programs to high standards of quality, delivery, and commercial performance.Lead client communication and align multi-stakeholder expectations with proposals and contracts.Provide day-to-day project team leadership and technical guidance.Oversee design control and development documentation, approving designs and changes.Ensure project teams deliver strong client outcomes while supporting Invetech's objectives.Manage subcontractors and order project materials within approved limits.Recommend scope or proposal adjustments when risks to timeline, budget, or deliverables arise.Track program P&L and identify opportunities for program extensions or additional work.Prepare schedules, estimates, and resource plans for new or expanded work.In addition, we require the following skills and experience:Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent scientific/technical qualification.Engineering background with relevant experience in biopharma, GMP environments, or cell therapy production.Strong knowledge of GMP biopharmaceutical or cell therapy production processes.5+ years of experience managing engineering development programs or complex automation/biomedical projects.Demonstrated experience developing custom automation equipment for GMP environments or complex biomedical instruments.Experience delivering small- to medium-scale development programs from initial concept through to commercial production.Proven ability to work closely with client organizations to ensure solutions meet their needs.Strong collaborator with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, remain flexible, and contribute solutions in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative working style.What we offer:Along with a great team of people to work with, at Invetech we also offer a subsidized gym, subsidized canteen, a comprehensive EAP, free onsite parking, and various social clubs and events, just to name a few
