The purpose of the role is to provide administration and customer service functions including cleansing critical data required in the event of a biosecurity emergency.
About the role
The Program Support Officer will provide a range of clerical, administrative and customer service functions to support the Primary Produce Traceability team.
- Be a friendly and reliable first point of contact for industry.
- Accurately collate and verify data.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to a wide range of industry stakeholders.
- Provide a broad range of clerical and administrative support functions.
- Support procurement, invoicing and financial data management.

Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).
