* Deliver hardware and software support across the organization
* Collaborate with Service Desk, remote support, and tech hub teams
* Manage escalations and implement software improvements
Requirements:
* Proven experience in IT support or service desk roles
* Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach
* Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, SCCM, and remote support tools
* Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and backup systems
