Key duties and responsibilities
As a Digital Application Tech Lead, you will be accountable for:
* Playing an instrument role in designing and developing complex, responsive web applications on Outsystems.
* Provide detailed design, proof of concept of common components, workflows and functionalities such as role-based access control, transaction lifecycle management etc.
* Provide systems analysis, technical recommendations, and inputs to business requirements, solution and UX designs for OutSystems applications.
* Lead other technical specialists to develop, test and deploy Outsystems applications.
* Provide technical direction and development support, including code reviews, troubleshooting and hands-on problem solving.
* Ensure that the solutions and services delivered are aligned with project outcomes and architectural designs and patterns.
* Ensure that development, coding, privacy, and security standards are adhered to
* Create and maintain technical documentation, development best practices and guidelines.
* Provide advice, coaching and knowledge transfer to ASIC support staff as required.
