The Role
* We are seeking a Practice Quality Consultant (Projects) to join our team on a full-time or part-time permanent basis commencing July 1, 2025.
* This role will involve embedding a quality improvement framework in collaboration with practice leaders to proactively identify areas for service and practice development in IFS programs.
About You
* You will hold a tertiary degree in a relevant discipline such as allied health, social work, or human services.
* With at least 5 years' experience working with multidisciplinary teams in similar settings, you will bring extensive knowledge of current research and practices in child protection, family intervention, and community services sectors.
* Your experience in fostering and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community will be valuable in this role.
* Cultural awareness and ability to communicate effectively with families from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Embed a quality improvement framework in collaboration with practice leaders to proactively identify areas for service and practice development in IFS programs.
* Provide practice support to IFS leaders and teams.
* Coordinate practice quality assurance processes and documentation across the program.
* Monitor outcomes and other performance measures under the Outcomes Framework.
