Our client, based in Kensington, is seeking an experienced executive assistant to cover a period of leave for 3 weeks from 30th April.
**Your new role**
- Act as the main point of Contact for the Executive Director and other staff within the division
- Calendar Management: Managing the Executive Directors calendar: scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Meeting Coordination: Set up meetings and arrange conference calls, and at times may be asked to take minutes.
- Travel Arrangements: Making travel and accommodation arrangements for the Executive Director: book flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Entering Flexipurchase information for Executive Director.
- Phone Calls and Correspondence
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
