We're looking for an experienced business development professional to drive growth across the Australian market. Operating across multiple jurisdictions, the organisation partners with corporates, investors and advisory firms to deliver specialist solutions in complex, regulated environments.
This is a strategic, consultative role suited to someone who thrives in complex B2B environments, enjoys building relationships from the ground up, and can navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes. This appointment will play a key role in driving new client acquisition and strengthening market presence locally.
What You'll Do:
* Lead the full sales cycle: identify prospects, develop relationships, and close deals
* Identify and engage prospective clients across enterprise segments
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships and account strategies
* Collaborate internally to deliver solutions aligned with client objectives
* Engage with senior stakeholders
* Leverage networks and intermediaries to generate new business opportunities
* Lead multi-service and complex client engagements
About You:
* 7+ years' experience in business development, enterprise sales, or client acquisition roles within professional services, consulting or complex B2B solution selling
* Proven ability to sell complex, solutions-based services in a B2B environment
* Proven ability to win and grow strategic accounts
* Ability to manage longer sales cycles and nuanced deal structures
* Commercially minded, with a consultative and relationship-led approach
* Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a growth-focused environment
* Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.)
