About the Role
As a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. We are seeking an experienced professional to provide comprehensive administrative and financial support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
* Preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS) and other tax-related documents.
* Providing general administrative support such as handling inquiries, filing, and data entry.
* Assisting with the coordination of office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
* Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Office Administrator, preferably in a small-to-medium business environment.
* Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial software (e.g., MYOB, XERO).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
* Flexibility to work a casual schedule as needed.
