The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Risk and Quality Manager to play a pivotal role in our operations across ANZ. This exciting opportunity is designed for a leader with a strong background covering risk management and business continuity, safety and quality. Key responsibilities include:
- Risk Management: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive business continuity frameworks covering operational, financial, reputational, and strategic risks.
- Safety Management: Oversee safety management systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a proactive safety culture throughout the organisation.
- Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor key quality and safety metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Quality Assurance: Lead the design and implementation of robust quality management systems and continuous improvement programs that drive accountability and enhance performance.
- Audit Collaboration: Work collaboratively with audit frameworks to achieve vital certifications and performance outcomes in safety and quality.
- Team Development: Direct, mentor, and cultivate a high‑performing team while promoting a culture of People First, excellence, and continuous improvement.
About You:
- Proven track record of implementing strategies that enhance performance, compliance, and efficiency, ideally across multi functions of safety, risk, quality, and Business Continuity.
- Experience in coaching and developing managers and teams in these essential domains to achieve required performance standards.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain strong business relationships and collaborate with multiple functions/sites to drive common solutions.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation and with core customers.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making skills, with a focus on data‑driven results and KPI management.
- Ability to think critically in complex situations, deal with ambiguity and think laterally to problem‑solve and drive continuous improvement.
- Pragmatic and able to effectively manage multiple matters while being hands‑on at times.
- A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to undertake travel across ANZ.
