Service Department Leadership Role
We are seeking an exceptional Service Manager to lead our Service Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective service processes, managing a team of employees, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
* Develop and communicate effective service processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
* Create annual service goals and budget in alignment with organizational objectives.
* Schedule and assign jobs and work areas to employees based on their skills and knowledge.
* Review work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing.
* E nsure all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.
* Manage recruiting, staffing, and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position.
