About the Role
As a key member of our remote team, you'll play an integral role in shaping our talent brand and digital recruitment strategies.
This opportunity allows you to operate in a performance-based structure where you can leverage your existing HR and marketing skills in a flexible, fully remote environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic talent marketing campaigns across digital channels
Write compelling, keyword-rich job advertisements to attract aligned talent
Implement digital outreach and advertising strategies using social media and job boards
Conduct initial discovery interviews to identify talent alignment
Collaborate with team leads to understand role requirements and cultural fit
Monitor campaign analytics and continuously refine strategies for optimal reach
What We're Looking For?
2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
Strong copywriting ability and familiarity with SEO / keyword optimisation
Confidence working with digital tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, ATS, etc.)
A keen eye for branding, detail, and the ability to create compelling narratives
A proactive mindset and ability to work independently with purpose
A strong interest in personal growth, mindset development, and leadership
