Pure Peninsula Honey is a proudly Australian-owned, family-run business producing high-quality honey and related products. With a passion for sustainable beekeeping, natural products, and exceptional customer service, we supply to major supermarkets, specialty retailers, markets, and our own farm gate shop.
The Role
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Retail Team Member to join our team at our farm gate shop. You’ll be the face of our brand welcoming customers, sharing your knowledge of our honey and products, and providing an outstanding customer experience. We can offer approximately 4 shifts per week, generally 9am–5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store with product selection and purchases
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash/eftpos transactions
- Maintain store presentation, stock displays, and cleanliness
- Restock shelves and assist with inventory management
- Provide tastings and product information to educate customers
About You
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn about honey and beekeeping
- Adaptable to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating basis
