This is not a traditional account management role. It sits at the centre of our connected agency model and plays a critical role in making sure the whole system works for clients. The role is designed for someone who can build trusted relationships, lead complex work, connect specialist teams, identify growth opportunities and ensure brilliant thinking is delivered with clarity, pace and commercial discipline.

THE ROLE: SNR ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
We're looking for a Senior Account Director to help lead important client relationships and ensure our connected model comes to life in the day-to-day running of accounts.
You will lead across five core areas:
1.Client Leadership & Relationship Management
* Build trusted, senior relationships with key clients.
* Understand the client's business, audience, commercial pressures and opportunities.
* Anticipate client needs, manage expectations and create clarity around priorities.
2.Strategic & Creative Leadership
* Work closely with strategy, creative & media to ensure the work is connected from the start.
* Champion ideas that solve real business problems, not just communications problems.
* Ensure strategic thinking is translated into work that can travel across channels & audiences
3.Delivery, Integration & Momentum
* Ensure timelines, responsibilities, approvals and expectations are clearly managed.
* Maintain momentum across complex workstreams without letting quality drop.
* Solve problems quickly and calmly, keeping clients and teams focused on the outcome.
4.Commercial Growth & Account Development
* Support scope development, retainers, project proposals and commercial conversations.
* Understand the financial health of accounts, including revenue, resourcing and profitability.
* Help turn good client relationships into stronger, broader and more valuable partnerships.
5.Team Leadership & Culture
* Set clear standards for communication, ownership, pace and attention to detail.
* Create a positive, collaborative and accountable team environment.
* Coach people to grow in confidence, capability and client leadership.
