About the role
We're looking for an experienced and driven VIP Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. You'll use your wagering industry expertise and network to attract, grow and retain high-value clients while delivering a world-class, personalised service experience.
You'll combine strategic thinking with strong relationship and communication skills, balancing growth initiatives with exceptional client care. Working closely with our client service and operations teams, you'll help shape innovative engagement strategies that strengthen loyalty and drive performance.
As our operations run 24/7, flexibility is key. You'll engage with clients across time zones, attend premium events, and travel as needed to represent the brand at the highest level.
This hybrid role is based in our Zetland office 2–3 days a week, with flexibility to match the dynamic nature of the position.
Key responsibilities
Your primary focus will be growing and retaining your client portfolio through proactive relationship management and exceptional service. You'll identify new opportunities within your network and existing clients while engaging potential high‐value customers.
You'll also contribute insights and strategic ideas to support team success as part of our all‐hands‐on‐deck culture. Representing the business at events, you'll strengthen brand loyalty and drive new client acquisition.
With strong commercial awareness, you'll operate efficiently, support team KPIs, and align with broader business goals.
Key skills and experience required
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels and in front of groups.
* Deep knowledge of wagering and its participants with a genuine passion for customer service.
* Demonstrated commercial intelligence with a focus on
