We are part of NRMA Parks & Resorts, providing accommodation at over 50 destinations and focusing on memorable holiday experiences.
We are seeking casual Housekeeping Attendants to join our team. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and oriented toward delivering excellent guest services. A level of fitness is required to meet the physical demands of the job. Availability over weekends, public/school holidays and festive periods is a must.
What you’ll do
Provide housekeeping and cleaning duties for all accommodation types and public areas to ensure presentation is to NRMA Housekeeping Standards
Change linen, clean cabins, replenish stock, and record items in rooms
Work well within a team and also autonomously as needed
What you’ll bring
A reputation for providing excellent customer service and engaging with guests
Housekeeping experience
Positive time management and attention to detail
Ability to follow directions and daily task expectations
Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
Vibrant attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
