About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated professional to play a key role in shaping and growing The House of Wellness brand across digital and social platforms. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for delivering engaging multimedia content, driving audience engagement, and helping evolve the brand's digital presence through innovative storytelling and content strategies.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the review, updating, scheduling, and uploading of digital content across social media and online platforms.
* Create, film, edit, and produce multimedia content including videos, images, audio, storyboards, and scripts.
* Write and manage social media copy and assist with content ideation and commercial integration opportunities.
* Monitor audience engagement and editorial performance, providing insights and recommendations for future content direction.
* Ensure all content aligns with The House of Wellness brand voice, SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and legal compliance requirements.
* Support digital content administration including budgeting, billing, reporting, production tracking, and internal documentation.
* Communicate production status updates to management and support quality control and post‐event review activities.
* Build strong working relationships across media functions, business units, stores, and stakeholders.
* Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety policies and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
Key Selection Criteria
* Bachelor qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
* Background within agency is desirable
* Strong knowledge and experience in social media content creation, digital and scheduling platforms (Later, Sked, Hootsuite etc.).
* Experience using multimedia editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or Canva.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
* Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to produce engaging digital content.
* Demonstrated critical thinking, problem‐solving, and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast‐changing environment.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and teamwork capabilities.
* Sound IT and computer skills with the ability to manage reporting and administrative tasks effectively.
