Motel Manager
Seeking an experienced professional to lead daily front desk and housekeeping operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee reservation coordination, reception, room service, and housekeeping operations.
* Assess customer satisfaction and complaints to improve service quality.
* Support guests by offering local tourism information and tour/tour transportation arrangements.
* Supervise front desk staff and housekeeping department to achieve profitability and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication skills, excellent customer service, business acumen, and problem-solving abilities. A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required for this role, with an AQF Associate Degree or higher qualifications.
