We're looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to support HR operations and bring energy, compassion, and professionalism to a team that values collaboration, inclusion, and positive impact.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering day-to-day People & Culture activities across onboarding, performance, learning & development, and engagement.
- Supporting managers with policies, processes, and compliance (Fair Work, NES, Awards).
- Helping foster a culture of recognition, wellness, and continuous improvement.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and preparing reports and metrics.
- Rolling up your sleeves to support culture initiatives like staff surveys, recognition programs, and internal communications.
What we're looking for
- Tertiary qualifications and/or a Certificate IV in Human Resources Management (or working towards it).
- At least 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
- Solid admin, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A positive, "can-do" attitude and a genuine interest in people.
