About the role
This Area Manager role oversees a portfolio of 15 stores, leading through presence, care, and inspiration. You'll be deeply connected to your teams, spending time in store, supporting styling, coaching leaders, and elevating customer experience. This is a human-centric leadership role that balances emotional intelligence with strong commercial accountability. You'll empower Store Managers to lead with confidence while driving performance across the region.
What you will do
* Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers across a 15-store portfolio
* Embed a customer-obsessed culture grounded in styling and service
* Champion body confidence, inclusivity, and women's empowerment
* Drive commercial results through people, not pressure
* Analyse performance, identify opportunities, and execute improvement plans
* Be visible in store, leading through connection and example
What you will bring
* Proven experience as an Area Manager or Senior Multi-Site Leader in fashion retail ideal
* Deep alignment to brand values, inclusivity, and customer experience
* Humanistic leadership style with strong emotional intelligence
* Commercial acumen with the ability to balance heart and results
* Passion for styling, coaching, and developing confident leaders
