About You
The ideal candidate will be able to inspire, motivate, and cultivate a positive culture within our centre. You should have an innate capacity to relate to individuals of varying ages, social backgrounds, and cultural contexts. To be considered for this role, you must have:
* VIT Teacher with Montessori Experience and Qualification.
* Excellent working knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
* Approachable, team‐oriented demeanor with a lead‐by‐example attitude.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities, team development, and motivation skills.
