Overview
Lead, motivate and develop customer service and administrative staff. Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure operational efficiency. Develop and implement customer service policies and follow-up procedures. Work closely with management on client acquisition and business growth. Lead a small tax team and ensure timely lodgement of tax returns with the ATO. Monitor customer satisfaction and drive continuous service improvement. Assist with office administration and basic IT support. Other duties as required by the management.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or Marketing
* 3–5 years' experience managing teams with a strong customer focus
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Having a reasonable work experience in Team management & Client management in a public practice would be an added advantage
